For this reason, it is advisable to pay close attention to any behaviour that deviates from the norm. It's worth getting acquainted with the most common symptoms of cat suffering in your cat.
Unfortunately, the cat is not able to tell a person that it is suffering. It is also important that, unlike some animals, he does not emit any sounds of pain, which is caused by his disposition. This is the reason why it is the caregiver who should look closely at his cat and if he notices that something alarming is happening, then he should take the appropriate steps.
TOOTH, ABDOMEN AND THROAT PAIN IN CATS
Purple suffering is often caused by physical damage, but can also result from internal organ disorders. In many cases cats suffer from abdominal, pharyngeal or dental pain. If this happens, then the animal can be seen to have an exceptional behaviour, which manifests itself in isolation, lack of appetite, eating at different times than usual or feeling afraid of stroking the animal.
PAIN IN THE CAT - SYMPTOMS
Typical behaviours of an animal feeling pain also include frequent licking of painful areas, reluctance to play or loss of interest in the household. In some cases cats show aggressive behaviour. The most important thing is that in the event of such circumstances, as soon as possible, visit a veterinarian, who will make a proper diagnosis and, depending on it, will apply appropriate treatment.
One of the first worrying symptoms is the constant wailing and purrings, which means big torments for the animal. Other symptoms that may occur include: ossification, weight loss, irregular bowel movements, and very severe hair loss. Lack of an appropriate reaction may lead to the death of the purple.
