Visualize your success
Visualization is very important if you have difficulties with believing in your abilities. So just find a quiet place, close your eyes and concentrate on your goals. Imagine that you are looking in the mirror and you see a fitter and happier version of yourself. You may be surprised how much positive energy it will bring you!
How to eat healthier?
Water is very important element of our diet, as it gives us energy and removes metabolic waste from our body. That is why, we should drink about 2 or 3 liters of filtered water per day. What is more, we need to remember to eat something every 2,5 to 3 hours, as that way our body will get rid of fat faster, our mind will work better and we will have enough energy for the whole day. Be sure to enrich your meals with amino acids, protein, and so called “raw foods”.
Move as much as you can!
First of all, if you have any doubts whether your health condition enables you to do certain exercises, consult your doctor to avoid an injury. You can start with one-hour walk every day, and later on try to do some kind of cardio training for 20 to 60 minutes five days a week. Warm-up before your training and cool-down after you finish it. The heart rate during exercising is also very important, and it should be kept at the level of 50 to 60 percent of your maximum heart rate.
Strength training – what to remember about?
If you can, you should use the help of personal trainer, who will take into consideration your needs and abilities, and create the best possible training program for you. In strength training, speed is very important. You should use slow and controlled movements when you lift and lower weights. Of course, start with lighter weights, and after some time change them to the heavier ones. You have to constantly challenge your body, and that is why your routine needs to be changed every six or eight weeks. And avoid training the same group of muscles day after day, as it may cause overtraining.
